DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENSE AGREEMENT 

Effective Date: August 18, 2026 

This Digital Product License Agreement applies to all ebooks, activity books, printable materials, guides, worksheets, illustrations, downloads, and other digital products purchased from Sunday’s Adventures, Inc. or through www.SundaysAdventures.com. 

By purchasing, downloading, opening, or using a digital product, you agree to the following terms: 

  1. PERSONAL-USE LICENSE 

Your purchase provides you with a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to download and use the digital product for your personal, noncommercial use only. 

Your purchase does not transfer ownership, copyright, trademark rights, publishing rights, or any other intellectual-property rights to you. 

  1. PERMITTED USE 

You may: 

• Download the purchased digital product to your personal devices. 
• View or read the product for your personal use. 
• Print one personal-use copy when the product is identified as printable. 
• Make a reasonable backup copy for your personal records. 

  1. PROHIBITED USE 

You may not: 

• Copy, reproduce, share, distribute, email, upload, post, or transmit the digital product to another person. 
• Sell, resell, sublicense, rent, loan, gift, or commercially distribute the digital product. 
• Share the file or download link through email, text message, social media, cloud storage, file-sharing services, websites, classrooms, churches, organizations, businesses, or online groups. 
• Remove or alter copyright notices, trademarks, credits, watermarks, author information, or other ownership markings. 
• Modify, translate, adapt, extract, trace, redraw, or create derivative products from the content or illustrations for sale or distribution. 
• Use the product, text, characters, illustrations, or designs in merchandise, advertising, publications, artificial-intelligence training, datasets, image-generation systems, or commercial projects. 
• Claim any part of the product as your own work. 

A separate written license is required for classroom, school, library, church, organizational, group, commercial, or promotional use. 

  1. OWNERSHIP AND COPYRIGHT 

All digital products and their contents—including stories, written material, characters, illustrations, designs, layouts, branding, and other creative elements—remain the intellectual property of Sunday’s Adventures, Inc. and/or the copyright holder identified within the product. 

Sunday’s Adventures®, Sunday, related character artwork, product titles, logos, and brand elements may not be used without prior written permission. 

  1. ONE PURCHASE—ONE USER 

Unless the product description expressly states otherwise, one purchase permits use by one individual customer only. Purchasing one copy does not authorize sharing with family members, students, coworkers, congregations, organizations, clients, or other groups. 

Additional copies or an expanded-use license must be purchased when available. 

  1. DIGITAL DELIVERY 

Digital products are delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped. 

The purchaser is responsible for: 

• Providing a complete and accurate email address. 
• Checking spam, junk, and promotions folders. 
• Maintaining compatible software and a device capable of opening the stated file format. 
• Downloading and safely storing the purchased file. 

Customers experiencing a delivery or technical problem should contact Sunday’s Adventures promptly and provide the name and email address used for the purchase, the order number, and a description of the problem. 

  1. TERMINATION 

This license automatically terminates if you violate any provision of this agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the digital product and delete or destroy every electronic and printed copy in your possession or control. 

Unauthorized copying, sharing, resale, distribution, or commercial use may result in account restrictions and appropriate legal action. 

  1. NO GUARANTEE OF SPECIFIC RESULTS 

Digital products are provided for educational, informational, creative, or entertainment purposes, as applicable. Sunday’s Adventures, Inc. does not guarantee a particular personal, educational, financial, business, or other result from using a digital product. 

  1. GOVERNING LAW 

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina and applicable federal law, without limiting any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. 

  1. AGREEMENT 

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Digital Product License Agreement and the Digital Product Refund Policy.
